For your convinience:

- a yard with a parking place

- a living room  with a sofa bed and a kitchen with an electric oven, refrigerator and all cooking facilities and air conditioner

- a bathroom, toilet with washing machine, heater

- one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioner

I will be personally present at the guests arrival to welcome them and to show them the house and during their whole stay my guests can always count on me for any kind of needs or simply for suggestions or advice.
